Working in a startup is awesome – take it from us! And with an average startup salary in Britain today up 6.4% on last year, things are certainly looking up for entrepreneurial employees around the country.

It’s not just the salaries that are appealing either. Many startups offer a whole range of unusual perks: anyone joining luxury fashion marketplace Farfetch can be hired to work in any of eight countries that they operate in, while The SwiftKey team enjoy lunchtime talks from luminaries like Stephen Fry.

To celebrate the startup jobs event of the year, Silicon Milkroundaout, The Adzuna team and our buddies at Silicon Milkroundabout have searched high and low to gather everything you need to know about the startup job market. We have even put it in a nifty infographic for you!
